Jean-Marie Odom, a lifelong resident of Louisburg, NC, and a graduate of Vance-Granville Community College, began her accounting career with Holden Moss CPAs in 1993 and has been a CPA since 1997. 

In her work life, she has been involved in almost every aspect of accounting and taxation, including individual and business tax preparation, tax planning, retirement plan accounting, and administration, financial reporting, assisting businesses with their daily operations, and accounting software implementation. 

She truly enjoys working with small businesses and individuals and helping them gain a greater understanding of the accounting issues they are faced with. Jean fiercely believes that everyone should have the opportunity to succeed.

Learning new technologies is a passion for her.  She is a Certified Xero Advisor, an Asana Together Ambassador, a Quickbooks Online Certified Cloud ProAdvisor, and has earned her Gusto People Advisory Certification.

Jean is a mom, wife, daughter, scrapbooker, list maker, vegetarian and a chronic reorganizer.  In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and crafting. She enthusiastically volunteers her time through local community programs, her church and her kids’ school.
